William P. Brennan

Mr. William P. "Botany" Brennan, age 77, of Mahanoy City, died Sunday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital Schuylkill East Norwegian Street in Pottsville. Born in the village of Jackson's he was the son of the late William and Catherine (Barry) Brennan. He was a 1959 graduate of Mahanoy Township High School and worked for and retired from Penn DOT. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of American Legion Post 74 in Mahanoy City. He was a United States Army veteran. Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were 3 sisters Mary Drahuschak, Rose Peel and Ann Miernicki. Surviving are his wife of 20 years the former Marsha Hudson, a step son Scott Hudson and his wife Diane of Mahanoy City and nieces and nephews.
