Mr. Albert P. Palonis Jr. passed away Saturday August 29th.  Born in Mahanoy City he was the only child of the late Albert Sr. and Stasia Palonis .  He was a 1957 graduate of Delhass High School Bristol Township, PA, and was a veteran of the United States Army.  He was a nuclear technician with PP&L where he retired from in 1994.   As a loyal member of the IBEW union, he believed in fare wages for all employees.  He enjoyed fishing, hiking, watching the Phillies and was an avid reader.  He was a long time member of the Sierra Club.  He believed in the importance of giving back and was very generous to charities dedicated to children, animals and the environment.  He was preceded in death by his wife Antoinette.  Survivors include his daughter Debi and her husband Joe, daughter Marla and his beloved grandsons Joshua and Jared.  Services were private.
