Barry T. Keating Obituary

Barry T. Keating, age 53, of Delano,  died Sunday morning at St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network in Bethlehem.  Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital he was the son of the late William T. and Bernadine (Lesawitch) Keating.  He was a 1981 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School.  He was of the Catholic faith.  He had been a stone mason and ceramic tile installer and was currently employed by Carbonite Filter Corporation of Delano.  He was an avid car racing fan and enjoyed all forms of motor sports.  
Survivors include his former wife  Michelle (Scheeler) Keating of Grier City, a sister Holly Keating of Delano, 2 nephews, 1 great nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.   Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated by the Rev. Joseph Whalen on Saturday morning at 10:30 AM from St. Richard's Church in Barnesville.  Interment will be private.  Friends may call and visit with the family at the church on Saturday morning beginning at 9:30 AM  David D.
