Bridgette A.  (Grigas) Sallaway, age 42, of Drums and formerly of Mahanoy City, died Tuesday at her home.  Born in Pottsville she was the daughter of Victoria (Chuplis) Davenport of Schnecksville and the late Francis Grigas of Shenandoah.  She was a 1991 graduate of Shenandoah Valley High School and was of the Catholic faith.  She had been employed as a receptionist and billing clerk for a medical facility in Allentown.  Surviving in addition to her daughter Tori Sallaway of Schnecksville, a son Christopher Sallaway of Shamokin, is her mother Victoria and her step father Bruce Davenport, a sister Michelle Nause and her husband James of Coaldale, their son, her nephew Hunter Nause,  a brother Wayne Grigas and his wife Tonia of Shenandoah.  Her kind nature provided the gift of life through the organ donor program.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 PM from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home of Mahanoy City.  The Rev. Mark Moore will officiate.  Friends may call and visit with the family on Sunday beginning at 2 PM.  In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be directed to Tori Sallaway to assist with her college education.
