Dorothy H. Steibler, age 90, of Mahanoy City, passed away Friday morning at Orwigsburg Center. Born in the village of Trenton she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Helen (Stetz) Kershetsky.  She was a 1943 graduate of Mahanoy City High School and worked as a homemaker.  She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church, a life member of the ladies auxiliary of BPOE 695 both of Mahanoy City and also a member of the TPA.  Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband John V. Steibler and a brother Joseph.  Survivors include a son John D. Steibler and his wife Nancy of Barnesville, a daughter Jackie DeAngelo and her husband Joseph of Coaldale, 3 sisters Natalie Gabuzda and Eleanor Shelakes both of Mahanoy City and Rosellen Blue of Hialeah FL, 4 grandsons Jake Steibler and Anthony, John and Michael DeAngelo, nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday morning at 11 AM at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church.  Interment will follow in Assumption BVM Cemetery in Mahanoy Township.  Friends may call at the church on Tuesday morning from 9:30 AM until time of Mass.  There will not be any calling hours on Monday evening or at the funeral home.  Contributions in Dorothy's name to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
