Eleanor M. Maguschak

Eleanor M. Maguschak, age 92, of Beaver Meadows, passed away Sunday at Mountain City Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hazleton.  Born in Beaver Meadows she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Yackauicz) Belusko.  She was a graduate of Hazel Township High School and worked as a homemaker.  She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Beaver Meadows.  Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband Elmer in 2012 and 2 brothers Paul and Joseph Belusko and a sister Mary Sarley.  Survivors include one daughter Elaine Fowler and her husband Mark of Delano, 2 sons Eric Maguschak and his wife Debbie of Beaver Meadows and Emil Maguschak and  his wife Laurie also of Beaver Meadows, a sister Olga Siegling of Whitehall, a brother Larry Belusko of Hazleton, Grandchildren Mark Fowler, Kailee Kelly, Kevin, Richard, Daniel Michael, Megan and Stephen Maguschak, 10 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend Divine Liturgy with Office of Christian Burial to be celebrated Friday at 11 AM from Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Beaver Meadows.  Interment will follow in the parish cemetery in New Coxeville.  Friends may call at the church on Friday morning beginning at 10 AM.  
In lieu of flowers contributions in Eleanor's name to Beaver Meadows Citizens for Recreation, Beaver Meadows Fire Department or Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family and will be accepted at the visitation.  David D.
