Ethel M. Backo, age 85, of Morea, died Sunday at Lehigh Valley Schuylkill East Norwegian St. in Pottsville.  Born In Frackville she was the daughter of the late Harold and Elsie Robbins.  She attended Butler Township School and was a homemaker.  Preceding her in death were her husband Joseph, a daughter Josie and a grandson George Viganouski and several brothers and sisters.  Survivors include 2 sons Joe Backo and his wife Jackie and Michael Backo and his wife Cheryl all of Morea a sister Dorothy Baker of Frackville, 5 grandchildren Joseph Backo, Amanda Dillman and her husband Kevin, Jennifer Conti and her husband Dennis, Michael and Michayla  Backo and her pride and joy were her great grandchildren Taylor and Mya Conti and Peyton Dillman as well as many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend Office of Christian Burial to be celebrated by the Rev. James Carroll on Thursday morning at 11 AM from David D.
