Mr. Eugene O'Hazzo, age 81, of Beaver Meadows and a current resident of The Manor at St. Luke's Village in Hazleton, died Saturday morning at Lehigh Valley Health Network Hazleton.  Born in Beaver Meadows, he was the son of the late John and Susan (Kaschak) O'Hazzo.  He was a graduate of Hazleton High School and served with the United States Navy aboard the USS Kittywake during the Korean Conflict. He had been employed in the Valmont Industrial  Park and was a member of St. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Beaver Meadows.  Preceding him in death were 2 brothers Harold and John O'Hazzo Jr. and a brother in law Joseph Maguschak.  Survivors include a sister Dorothy Maguschak of New Coxeville, a brother Raymond of Florida, a sister in law Lydia O'Hazzo of Hershey and nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend Divine Liturgy with Office of Christian Burial to be celebrated by the Rev. James J. Demko on Wednesday morning at 10 AM at St. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Beaver Meadows.  Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday morning from 9 AM until time of Liturgy.  There will not be any calling hours on Tuesday evening.  David D.
