Helen A. "Lil" Filiziani, of Mahanoy City, died Tuesday morning at her home, the very same home she was born in 90 years ago.  She was the daughter of the late Joseph & Michelena (Alansky) Bieliunas.  She graduated from Mahanoy City High School, had been employed by General Cigar Factory and last worked for and retired from City Shirt Factory.  Helen enjoyed walking, doing crossword puzzles, was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting, playing solitaire playing volleyball and was also an avid professional basketball fan.  The last member of her family she was preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters.  Survivors include her husband Bernard to whom she would have been married 69 years this September 2nd,  two daughters Gloria Runkles and her husband Norman of Haymarket VA, Helene Ware and her husband Edward of Nicholson, PA  2 grandchildren Amy and Matthew Ware, step grandchildren Edward Ware Jr., Dana Edwards, Norman Runkles Jr. and Kenneth Runkles, step great grandchildren Molly, Brianna and Kenna Leigh Runkles, Beau, Carson and Samuel Ware and Addison & Benjamin Edwards, many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated by the Rev. Kevin P. Gallagher on Saturday morning at 11 AM from Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church of Mahanoy City.  Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Mahanoy Township.  Friends may call at the church and visit with the family beginning Saturday at 10 AM at the church.  Contributions in  Helen's name to the American Heart Association and will be accepted at the visitation.  David D.
