James S. Sedlak Obituary
Mr. James Stephen Sedlak, age 71, of Mahanoy City, died December 21st at his home. Born in Newark NJ he was the son of the late Stephen and Jane (Lord) Sedlak. He was a graduate of Eastside High School in Newark and served with the United States Army. He worked in the transportation industry for 50 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the American Legion both of Mahanoy City.
Survivors include 2 daughters Lisa Pimentel and her husband Michael of Minnesota, Rene Fox and her husband Joe B. of Lancaster, a sister Ruth Davidson and her husband William of Mahanoy City, a brother William Sedlak and his wife Patricia of Tower City, his care giver Sandy Kahley, 3 grandchildren Brenna Jane DeLowery and John Warren DeLowery both of Minnesota and EmmaJoan Rose Fox of Lancaster, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. At the request of the deceased and his family funeral and interment services were private. Please omit flowers.
