Jean M. DiBaggio of Mahanoy City died Saturday morning at her residence. Born in and a life long resident of Mahanoy City, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie (Maff) DiBaggio. She was a 1956 graduate of Mahanoy City High School and also the McCann School of Business.
Jean worked in banking in Mahanoy City for 40 years.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Church formerly in Mahanoy City, Mahanoy City Senior Citizens, and the Mahanoy Area Historical Society.  Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were a baby brother Joseph, and brothers Louis, Anthony, Joseph and Mayor Michael DiBaggio and a sister Phyllis.
The last member of her immediate family, she is survived by her caregivers and extended family, John and Andrea Gutsie and their family and Marian P. Denchy, 2 sister in laws, Marie DiBaggio and Ruth DiBaggio, two nephews John & Michael DiBaggio all of Mahanoy City, an aunt Rhea Maff of Harrisburg, cousins, Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Tuesday morning at 10:30 am from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home, Mahanoy City.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at  11:00 am in Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church.  Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Mahanoy Township.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6 to 8 PM.
