Josephine A. "Juzie" Stetts, age 85, of Morea, died unexpectedly Monday evening at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.  Born in Morea she was the daughter of the late Michael and Aniela Burda. She was an 1945 graduate of Mahanoy Township High School and was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City and the Rosary Society.  She was co-proprietor of Stetts' Cafe in Morea.  Preceding her in death were her husband Metro, a son John M. Stetts, sisters Mary Lapinsky, Stacia Colna, Ann Roman and brothers Edward, Charles, John and Frank Burda.  Survivors include a son Edward and his wife Kathryn of Frackville, a daughter Janice Lavelle and her husband John of Morea, a brother Joseph and his wife Mary of Florida, grandchildren Amy Wislosky and her husband Matthew, Trisha Stetts, John Lavelle and his wife Rachel and Andrew Lavelle, nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Friday morning at 9:30 AM from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home of Mahanoy City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Kevin P. Gallagher at 10 AM from Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church.  Interment will follow at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM and on Friday from 8:30 AM until time of service.  Contributions in Josephine's name to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church would be appreciated by the family.
