Joyce H. Blew, age 81, of Mahanoy City, passed away Tuesday afternoon.
Born in Barnesville she was the daughter of Mary I. (Volosky) Kistler of Berks Heim Nursing Facility and the late Russell Kistler.  She was a graduate of Mahanoy Township and was a secretary last having worked for the Nelson T. Davis Agency of Mahanoy City.  She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Mahanoy City and Puritan Chapter 126 OES.   Preceding her in death in addition to her father were her husband James L. Blew in 2005 and 2 sisters Erma Brode and Martha Walters.  Survivors, in addition to her mother include her daughter Karen Kaczmarczyk and her husband John of Barnesville, a sister Patricia Feick and her husband Roy of Birdsboro, 2 grandchildren John and Erica Kaczmarczyk and nieces and nephews.  Private services will be held.
