Julia A. Polusky

Julia A. Polusky, age 90, of Mahanoy City, died Friday night at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.  Julia was born in Mahanoy City and was a 1940 graduate of Mahanoy City High School.  She was a member of Blesses Teresa of Calcutta Church, the St. Magdalene Society and the Mahanoy City Golden Age Club.  She had been employed with City Shirt Factory.  Preceding her in death were her husband Joseph and a son James.  Survivors include one daughter Joan of Hazle Township and a son Joseph of Mahanoy City and 2 granddaughters Selina Marie and Rochele.  Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in St. Joseph Cemetery in Mahanoy Township.
