Lydia J. Trusky, age 83, of Mahanoy City, died Thursday night and Hometown Nursing and Rehab Center.  Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Susan (Buzzelli) Silveri.  She was a 1950 graduate of Mahanoy City High School.  She had worked for Eagle Brothers and last worked for and retired from City Shirt Factory.  She was a member of Blessed Teresa Calcutta Church of Mahanoy City. She loved the little things in life a was a precious and caring person that loved everyone.  She was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and attended many games. Survivors include her husband Charles "Chick" Trusky to whom she was married 65 years this past February 4, two daughters Diane Hudson and her husband Scott of Mahanoy City, Lydia Kelly and her husband Alvin of Pottsville, a son James and his wife Lila of Orwigsburg, two sisters Theresa Fadule of Hazelton, and Adeline Burt of Allentown, a brother Albert Silveri and his wife Marianne of Wyomissing, grandchildren Anthony Kelly and Jessica, Jenna and J.T. Trusky, her special nephew James Berezwick, nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated by Msgr. William Handges on Tuesday morning at 11 AM from Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church.  Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Mahanoy Township.  Friends may call at the church on Monday evening from 6 to 8 PM and again on Tuesday morning beginning at 10 AM.  Contributions in her name to Padre Pio Foundation of American or the Parkinson Foundation would be appreciated and will be accepted at the visitation.  David D.
