Marie DiBaggio, age 81, of Mahanoy City died Saturday evening at Seton Manor in Orwigsburg.  Born in Mahanoy City she was the daughter of the late Edward & Helen (Bobrinsky) Sakusky. She was a graduate of Mahanoy City High School and had been employed with at retired from Atlas Powder Company after more than 40 years of service.  She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church, ladies auxiliary of BPOE 695, Mahanoy City Woman's Club, had been a volunteer at the Mahanoy City Teen Canteen and a supporter of the Mahanoy Area Golden Bears.  Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband Joseph and a brother Edward.   Survivors include 2 nieces Helene Schmitt and her husband Arthur, Alicia Johnson and her husband James, a nephew John DiBaggio, great nieces and nephews Shayna & Skylar Schmitt, Michael & Taryn Johnson and Michael DiBaggio.  Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Thursday morning at 10:30 AM from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home of Mahanoy City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Kevin P. Gallagher at 11 AM at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City.  Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Mahanoy Township.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning beginning at 9 AM.
