Patricia A. Long

Patricia A. Long, age 75, of Mahanoy City, died Friday morning at Lancaster General Hospital.  Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Kodya) Kufrovich.  She was a graduate of Mahanoy City High School, was a homemaker and a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City.  Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband Francis "Crickets" Long in 1993 and brothers and sisters Mary, Bernadette, Tillie, Rosie, George, Anthony, John and Cyril.  Survivors include 1 son Vincent Long and his companion Leona of Ringtown, a daughter Denise Ruffini and her husband Paul of Mt. Joy, a brother Robert and his wife Mary of Center Valley, a sister Monica Finneran and her husband Joseph of Lancaster, 2 grandchildren Vincent and Jena and nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a religious service on Saturday morning at 11 AM from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home of Mahanoy City with the Rev. Kevin P.
