Scott D. Bosworth, age 47, of Lansford, died Thursday at St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital in Coaldale after a four year battle with cancer.  Born in Derby CT he is the son of Donald Bosworth of Jacksonville FL and the late Barbara Hubyk Bosworth.  He was a graduate of Wolfson High School in Jacksonville FL and held a degree in drafting from ITT Technical School.
He was employed in electrical design for both Boeing and Sikorsky Aircraft manufacturers.  Scott enjoyed watching the Seattle Seahawks, riding his Harley and fishing.  Surviving in addition to his father are his wife the former Stacey Gillman, 3 daughters Jessica and Nicole of Mahanoy City, Tessa of El Paso TX and a son Kevin of Barnesville,  a sister Robin Malin and her husband Michael of Milford CT, 3 grandchildren Mattie, JC and Sophia.
