Terri Wassell, age 53, of Mahanoy City, died Monday morning at her home surrounded by her family.  Born at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville she was the daughter of the late  William J. and Hilda (Ashfield) Wall.  She was a graduate of Mahanoy Area High School.  Preceeding her in death in addition to her parents were a brother Glenn and a sister Marilee.  Survivors include her husband Edward and their son Craig and his wife Samantha, a brother Jay Ashfield and his wife Eileen of Ashland,  sisters Luann Zahorchak and her husband Dennis of Shenandoah Heights, Brenda Flaim and her husband Louie of Barnesville,  2 grandchildren Shelby and Hadlee Wassell, a brother in law Bernie McCauley, a niece Maria Miller and her husband Dave,  nephews David McCauley and his wife Gwen,   and Bernard McCauley, great nieces Kylie Miller and Daphne McCauley, and a great nephew Nathan McCauley,  many aunts and uncles and a cousin Lori Zimmerman and her son Toryn. Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Saturday afternoon at 1 PM from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home of Mahanoy City with the Rev.
