Dave is a 1976 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School and a 1980 graduate of Northampton Community College Department of Funeral Service Education.  Dave along with his wife Mary Ann established the David D. Jarrett Funeral Home in 1982.  Dave is a member of the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association, member and past president of the Lebanon & Schuylkill Counties Funeral Directors Association, served as a Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner for ten years and as Schuylkill County Chief Deputy Coroner from 2004-2008.  Dave is an active firefighter since 1976 serving with the Citizens Fire Co. # 2 and Mahanoy City EMS.   Dave and Mary Ann have 2 children Rebecca  and Matthew.  Dave is the son of the late Donald E. and Mary L. (DeAngelo) Jarrett

Mary Ann Jarrett

Mary Ann plays an important part in assisting Dave in the day to day functions necessary to operate the funeral home.  She is a 1975 graduate of Marian Catholic High School and 1978 graduate of Hazleton State General Hospital School of Nursing. 

She is the daughter of  Mary (Gavula) Osilka  and the late Bernard C. Osilka  and is a member of Saint Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City.

Nancy A. (Millard) Steibler

Nancy's warm personality and attention to detail offer comfort and assistance to members of the immediate family and visitors as well.  Nancy is a 1970 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School and she along with her husband John and son Jacob reside in Barnesville.  Nancy is a member of St. Richard's Church in Barnesville.

Leon J. Trusky

Leon is a 1965 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School.  He's an avid outdoorsman who enjoy's hunting, fishing and golf.  He is a Navy veteran who retired from state service with  32 years.  He and his wife, Sharon, reside in Barnesville and walk the sidelines for Mahanoy Area High School football team doing stats.  Leon has a son Leon R. Trusky who resides in Pattersonville.

James D. Whalen

Jim is a 1963 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School and retired as Corporal from the Pennsylvania State Police after 27 years of service.  He enjoys golfing and walking daily with his chocolate lab Guiness.  Jim is a life member of the Humane Fire Company, BPOE 695 and the Park Crest Fish and Game Association. He and his wife Carol reside in Mahanoy City and have three children,  James Jr. of Tulsa Oklahoma, Janet of Cressona and Terrence of Wilmington DE. 

Jim, known as "Chief" by many, has been assisting Dave since 1997 and recently retired.  We thank Jim for his dedicated service and compassion to those we serve.

Debbie (Wagner) Igo

Debbie is a 1973 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School and retired from the Schuylkill County Courthouse having  worked in the Register of Wills/Clerk of Orphan's Court office.  She and her husband Daniel reside in Barnesville and have two children Deneen and Daniel.  Debbie is the daughter of Bernice Wagner and the late Harry Wagner Sr..
